Each assignment commences with an initial client briefing. Storm is then responsible for the delivery of that assignment and conducts all interviews preparing reports on candidates recommended for shortlist.
'Head hunting' accounts for approximately two thirds of the assignments undertaken at the middle to senior management levels. With Storm’s extensive research capabilities, and wide network of contacts, Storm are able to identify target individuals quickly and efficiently.
At the heart of the search process is our industry leading 'in house' research capability. Coupled with our confidential database this provides the consultants with an invaluable network of contacts across a range of markets and for a range of functions
At the outset of each assignment, Storm works closely to create a detailed picture of the type of person or people that is being recruited. At this stage, Storm may often see people not immediately connected with the post being filled, in order to gain more of an insight into an organisation's culture, chemistry and environment.
A dedicated researcher, will have been present to hear and contribute to the brief, will handle the initial identification of and contact with potential candidates and senior-level sources using research based search, database search and networking / referrals.
